Each retreat is tailored to meet the needs of your group. Retreats are designed for up to 10 participants and include a mix of: movement (including chair, desk, and mat variations), breathwork to promote relaxation and focus, and meditation to ease stress and enhance mental clarity.

I offer the flexibility of hosting retreats at my peaceful studio, where participants can fully immerse themselves in the experience, or I can bring the retreat directly to your workplace or event location. Either way, your group will receive a customized program designed to meet their unique needs.
Gentle Yoga

4:30 pm to 6:00 pm every 3rd Sunday with Yoga Nidra @ Yoga Garden
Gentle Yoga is a slower moving class that focuses on mindfully lengthening and strengthening the body with passive and supported postures, gentle flowing sequences, and breath work.
I don’t think I’ve done a class that was more appropriate for my body ever. – DH
We’ll protect our joints while gently building strength and safely stretching the whole body. This class is perfect for those who are just beginning their yoga practice or for anyone seeking a more relaxed approach to their practice.
