I’m Melissa Russell Neiswender. Evolve Yoga Therapy is inspired by my belief that everyone has the power to evolve throughout their lives. We are not stuck being overwhelmed, stressed, and/or in mental or physical pain. The tools I offer include movement, breath, meditation and lifestyle modifications to help you find better health and well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually. My studio is located in Chapel Hill, NC. I see clients one on one in person and via Zoom.

Yoga Nidra is one of my favorite meditation practi Yoga Nidra is one of my favorite meditation practices because you can do it lying down, it is guided, it can help with quality of sleep, reduce stress and pain, help with mental health, aide in healing and immune function. This is a 5 Kosha Nidra practice - 20 minutes. I hope you enjoy it.
