Meditation
Meditation is an important practice as it helps us to be clearer in our thinking, less irritable when things don’t go our way, more present with the people around us, and more focused on the tasks that are critical in our everyday lives. It also puts the brain into a state of healing which can help with a number of chronic illnesses as well as insomnia.
My goal is to help you find a meditation technique that feels right to you and fits into your daily schedule. I use a number of different techniques including iRest – a scientifically backed practice used my thousands of people worldwide.
