I’m Melissa Russell Neiswender. Evolve Yoga Therapy is inspired by my belief that everyone has the power to evolve throughout their lives. We are not stuck being overwhelmed, stressed, and/or in mental or physical pain. The tools I offer include movement, breath, meditation and lifestyle modifications to help you find better health and well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually. My studio is located in Chapel Hill, NC. I see clients one on one in person and via Zoom.

As a meditation mentor, my goal is to help you find a meditation technique that works for you. I’ll start by teaching you a short meditation to do every day and we’ll find a way to fit it into your schedule.
