Gentle Yoga is a slower moving class that focuses on mindfully lengthening and strengthening the body with passive and supported postures, gentle flowing sequences, and breath work.
I don’t think I’ve done a class that was more appropriate for my body ever. – DH
We’ll protect our joints while gently building strength and safely stretching the whole body.
This class is perfect for those who are just beginning their yoga practice or for anyone seeking a more relaxed approach to their practice.

I offer the flexibility of hosting retreats at my peaceful studio, where participants can fully immerse themselves in the experience, or I can bring the retreat directly to your workplace or event location.
